Refund policy

General returns

By purchasing products from this website, you agree to our return and refund policy. Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and prioritizing customer safety, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging. For skin care product, all sales are final and non refundable once you opened the product regardless whether the content have not been used.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request date in order to protect the quality and safety of our products for all customers. If you decided to return/exchange the unopened order within 30 days, please let us know by email and you will have to arrange return shipping to our designated return address. The return of unopened order to our address is subject to 5% restocking fee.

Colour and shades

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened products due to incorrect or non-matching shades or changing mind. The photos on our website are for reference only and may not accurately reflect the product’s colour due to lighting, screen resolution, or how the colour appears on different skin tones. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding products that do not match the colour seen on your device.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please email us at sales@halalglam.com to arrange an exchange or refund. To qualify, you must provide a photo (or video, if necessary) of the product and the damage. Upon inspecting your media evidence of the damage item, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Exchange and refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item is eligible for exchange or refund. If eligible, your item will be exchanged or refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return, please contact us at sales@halalglam.com.

If you purchased an item from a 3rd party retailer other than the HalalGlam home website or HalalGlam retailer, please contact the specific retailer for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
